Introduction

The course Project and task management with the MMP Productive Moments Method® and Trello aims to facilitate the application of an effective work methodology that allows for taking control of daily activities, and therefore, is oriented towards the clear achievement of objectives.

The main problems it aims to solve are:

  • Null or deficient task planning. There is no defined criterion to determine the next task to be performed.
  • Low awareness of the actual workload due to not visualizing all pending activity together.
  • Non-existent follow-up on defined and/or delegated tasks.

During the content, the student will learn to set up their own work system through the MMP Productive Moments® Method defined by La Fábrica del Tiempo, and its implementation with one of the most used tools in Microsoft 365: To Do.

The course has been designed by Javier Cantos, founder and trainer at La Fábrica del Tiempo®.


Learning objectives

  • Quickly jot down all concerns, tasks, or pending commitments. This way, you can focus on what you are doing at any given moment.
  • View all pending activity globally, that is, all commitments made. This way, decisions can be made regarding the most priority activities.
  • Regularly plan the work week so that each day can focus on specific objectives and forget about other commitments. All of this with enough agility and dynamism to be able to renegotiate commitments and priorities based on the context.
  • Carry out active monitoring of delegated tasks or tasks pending from third parties.
  • Review the achievement of short, medium, and long-term objectives, so that measures can be taken to improve continuously.
